It’s clear that in all the examined conditions (fridge, room temperature, freezer) all food types can take advantage from vacuum packing.

Particularly interesting are especially food types which will last only 1-2 days without this tecnique: instead of buying them fresh every day, the vacuum technique can triple their shelf life (for example for meat, fresh fish and bread)
